This is an old Victorian building formally known as the Alexandra Hotel and until recently was a tied house. Opposite the Theatre & Beach, it is well located on the Ilfracombe seafront and is within easy reach of public transport & all of Ilfracombe’s seaside attractions.
Staff working there have heard a female voice on the stairs. A dark figure has been seen walking from the kitchen area to the cellar. Unexplained light anomalies are just a few of the recorded hauntings at the location.

Join us on a Public paranormal experience night where you will be taken on a ghost hunters’ journey.
